- Information on PC and server design and equipment
- Windows OS, AD , GPOs, profiles
- Windows update
- Antivirus
- Applications – MS Office, Lotus Notes
- IP stack (TCP/IP,DNS,SMTP)
- IP communication
- MS Office, Citrix
- Capacity to work freely without supervision
- Capacity to work evening shift, with some movement and twilight available to come in to work
- Solid/trustworthy
